EAST TRENT CHURCHES
|
The 'Beaters' walked, cycled or otherwise assembled in Girton where a welcome awaited them in the Church Hall. A hard earned rest and a cuppa (or cold drink) served by Diz and Sally was very welcome. The door is open, do come in . . .
Inside the hall, preparing the drinks, Sally and Diz put the kettle on for the badly needed cuppa . . .
Ah! This is good for the feet! A quiet rest in the Church precincts for the 'Young at Heart'.
Feet up for a spell, with a welcome cup of tea, and a chat about progress.
More walkers arrive for refreshment in the cool of the hall. This is a good cup! Come and join us.
Another corner of Girton Village Hall for a well earned rest, then off on the last lap to South Scarle . . .
And next, the final stretch To South Scarle . . . |
