Charge of Light Brigade!

The Collingham & District Local History Society was founded in 2000, following an initial  period as the Museum Committee. It promotes:

bulletan interest in the history of Collingham (and further afield) in areas of common interest,
bulletcollects and records data, photographs and printed material relevant to Collingham and District - past and present.

Membership in 2004 - 115. Fees - £2.00 pa. This entitles free entrance to all organised talks. Extra contributions may be requested for outside visits.  The committee in 2003-4 consists of eight members (others welcome, anyone interested, contact Liz):
