The Christmas Carol service at St Helena's, South Scarle included a nativity scene. This was produced by Judy Muirhead and performed by Village children. See if you can spot someone you know . . .

Here comes Joseph with his staff. He has come a long way!

Next, this is Mary with her newborn infant - the Baby Jesus.

Then come the shepherds from the fields, where they were tending their sheep.

Now some angels appear to tell us about the Baby Jesus.

Some splendid Kings appear out of the gloom.

Then all the Children enter to pay their respects to the Baby Jesus.

They all get together and sing a song about a Baby in a manger at Bethlehem. And then they pose for a group photo.

Just one more photo please, as this is such a special event.
