As part of the 2004 Girton Summer Festival, this garden at the Old Vicarage (specially opened for the occasion by Mrs D Shea and her husband) proved to be a superb attraction, especially for children of all ages. Hello! That looks exciting. "C'm-on gee-up! Not exactly a Derby winner is he? Where did that other rider come from? Whose stable is he racing under? Don't recognise the livery!"
What beautiful animals, taking it all in their stride! Ah! A tight rein is maintained so that young riders can really enjoy the experience. But who's going to win? Would you like to pop into the Church now, to see the floral displays?
